Club History
Wrecclesham Tennis Club was reformed in 1967 on the site of a previous club which had existed in the 1930’s, when the only facility was one grass court. From a largely derelict site in 1967, the club expanded from originally two to three and then four all-weather courts. A large Clubhouse was opened in 1974 and later floodlights were installed on three courts.
The membership has kept pace with these developments and is currently around 160 Seniors and there is a Junior section with about 100 members.

Chair report
We have 4 hard courts, 3 of which are floodlit. We are in the process of a project to replace the existing clubhouse, as part of our ongoing club development plan. We welcome new members of any standard, with coaching available for all.
We enter teams in the Aldershot and District League – both summer and winter - and always need more players for the teams. We organise a variety of tournaments throughout the year to cater for all standards. We run 2 club sessions a week throughout the year. We have a strong junior section with coaching arranged by Jasper Allen Tennis.
We are a sociable club and have a variety of events during the year depending on what members would like and are happy to organise.
We have just achieved LTA Clubmark. This means the LTA, Ternis' governing body, recognises that Wrecclesham Tennis club has achieved high standards in Club planning, Tennis Programmes, Policies and Procedures and Club management.
Do come and join us and hopefully make new friends while getting fit and healthy!
